Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. Nearly 10% of American children are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents it can feel impossible to get the right care. We are building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers trusted care to all families. Our new clinical model is tech-enabled, backed by the best science, and has the potential to deliver exceptional health outcomes to transform a child’s trajectory. In the future, our pediatric care platform will expand rapidly to other common chronic conditions like asthma, allergies, and obesity.

Our cofounders have deep domain expertise in healthcare. Our CEO Christina LaMontagne has helped lead startups like Pill Club and NerdWallet to >$100M in ARR and profitability. Our Chief Medical Officer Dr Alesandro Larrazabal trained at UCSF and Stanford and was a Medical Director building specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente. Earlier, he worked at IDEO. He is triple-board certified in California.

We recently raised a large preseed round from top VCs who have backed category-defining health-tech companies like One Medical, Hims, Cityblock, Honor, and Tia. We attracted angels from the world’s top digital health companies like CityBlock, Livongo, Ginger, Hims, Quartet, Pill Club and more.

What makes this role unique

We are looking for an experienced senior engineer to join us in translating our vision into great technology.
As one of the first engineers to join our team, you will contribute to building our initial ADHD product from the ground up - with an eye to platform scalability - and have significant impact on architecture and product implementation.

You will help build new pediatric technology. We are looking for an experienced engineer to own and build out significant technology aspects of our company. You will work alongside our experienced Head of Engineering, Scott Schlegel, who previously built healthcare tools at GoodRx, Cleo, and Nurx.

Influence the culture and trajectory of our company. We are a young and inclusive team, and we value your ambition to help build all aspects of the company.

Impact a child’s health, and you can influence a lifetime of better health. This is a chance to build scalable infrastructure and applications that bring health to >25M American families.
